Refund policy
We want you to love your Kira ritual. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at supplements.kira.us@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Unopened Products
If you change your mind, unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, email supplements.kira.us@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Opened Products
Because Kira is a consumable wellness product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, except in cases of damage or defect as described above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, first check with your bank or card provider — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at supplements.kira.us@gmail.com.
