Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 5–10 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (shipping address, items, etc.), please contact us immediately at supplements.kira.us@gmail.com. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Damages
Kira is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, please contact us at supplements.kira.us@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help resolve the issue.
